“Standing porter at the door of thought isn’t a human effort to just think oneself well, but a Christlike, divinely authorized protest against human suffering, which cannot come from an all-loving God or exist in the Mind that is good alone. It’s a humble, prayerful, spiritually intuitive recognition of the illegitimacy of disease, based on the nature of God. Since the one Mind creates only good, and creates us to experience only good, illness is not normal, natural, or inevitable.”
